What's inside the CA's bag? We got a sneek peak of cabin attendant Ms. Mizuhara's bag! She carries her apron, flashlight, notes, passport not to mention her iPad (which was introduced in April) and announcement manual for every flight. In addition, she carries message cards and stickers so she can write message cards to passengers (facebook, July 2012)


Shinichiro Ito, President and CEO of ANA Group, has been honored with the ‘Executive Leadership Award’ at the Airline Strategy Awards 2012, run by the Flightglobal publication Airline Business.
