The Tiger Sanctuary in Kanchanaburi is maintained in part by Buddhist monks who walk the tigers around freely before letting them play in the pound. There is a strict warning to all visitors not to wear the colour red as it causes the tigers to become aggressive.
Take an eleven-day wildlife tour into the jungle where you can camp and see wildlife such as clouded leopards, Malayan sun bears, gibbons, and jackals. You will tour various sanctuaries, such as Tiger Kingdom in Doi Inthanon National Park where you can feed and play with baby tigers.
